Returns:

We want you to love your APOLLONIA jewelry, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the easy returns process.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Email us with your order details and let us know if you’d like a refund or exchange.

  • We’ll send you step-by-step instructions on how to return your jewelry.

Return/Exchange of Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please include a clear photo showing the damage or defect and briefly describe the issue.

  • If you are unable to provide a photo, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Please Note:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • For all countries, taxes, duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Final Sale: Custom or personalized items, and products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at Support@apolloniajewelry.com. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to return the item after shipping, please refer to our Returns policy.

Refund Process:

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (typically $25-35 via USPS or your local carrier). Please use a tracked shipping method and email us your tracking number — refunds require proof of return. If no tracking is provided, we can only offer store credit.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
